Sarah Laughed :)
Our little girl finally laughed out loud for the first time on Saturday - while Jess was doing “horsy, horsy, go to town” with her! It was such a joy to hear her cute little laugh. Firsts like that are so fun. She’s been so close to busting out laughing for several weeks, but it finally became audible over the weekend. We told my parents about it on Sunday, so several people tried to make her do it again. Our good friends Don and Lupe Conley came over in the afternoon, and Sarah ended up laughing on Don’s lap while my mom caught it on her camera. So we can share it with you:

Thanks to a couple friends who suggested it, I’m now leaving a comment with a reCaptcha plugin enabled. Now people don’t have to register to leave comments, and I shouldn’t get any more spam comments. I was up over 1000 bogus comments which makes it difficult to manage and allow the real ones. Woo hoo!

Yeah! I have been thinking about y’all so much since hearing about Sarah’s birth. I need to call! I’ve looked for you on facebook, but alas. . . . so I was SO glad to get the e-mail with your blog. Sarah is beautiful. It looks like you’re enjoying this time as much as I prayed you would. Good for you. Please pass on our love to all. Hopefully I’ll be able to call soon.
